Liang Court - One of Singapore's First 2 Energy Smart Retail Malls

Liang Court was recognized by the National Environment Agency (NEA) in March 09 as one of Singapore's first two Energy Smart Retail Malls.

The Energy Smart Retail Mall label recognizes the top 25 percent of participating shopping malls that have achieved exemplary energy efficiency and good indoor environmental quality.

As a result of the mall's energy smart measures, electrical consumption was reduced by 500MWh per year, which translates to cost savings of some $100,000 per year.
